CURRENT CLASS SERIES'
Monday 9:30 AM: Middle Path Movement Series (starts 1/2/23): The class where strength training and yoga meet in the middle. You'll work on building full-body strength through creative and mindful yoga sequences and a small amount of strength training incorporated into the class. Each class will also include stretching and meditation. (UPDATE: THIS SERIES IS SOLD OUT!)
Wednesday 9:30 AM: Yoga for Lower Back Pain We will focus on doing massage techniques, stretches, and strengthening targeted to address your lower back pain.
Tuesdays 6 PM: Back to Basics Series with Frannie (Starts 1/31) Join Frannie for four consecutive sessions focusing on the fundamentals of a sustainable yoga practice. Frannie will teach principles of alignment to refine your yoga practice and optimize its effects. Students with regular yoga practice will benefit greatly from returning to the basics.
