Samantha's private yoga sessions are a mix of traditional yoga, self-massage techniques, strength training, and corrective exercise.

 

Basically, she uses all the tools in her toolbox to HELP YOU be in less pain, easily do daily activities, stress less, and feel stronger and more relaxed.

PRIVATE YOGA MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF....

  • You have never done yoga,

     

    Have you been wanting to try yoga but the thought of a group class makes you anxious? No one likes to feel like they don't know what they are doing.

     

    Private yoga sessions are 100% judgement free space for you to be able to relax while learning yoga, asking questions, and discovering how to adapt poses TO YOU.

  • You have an injury or are in chronic pain.

     

    If you're working with a specific injury or chronic pain issue, private yoga lessons can be incredibly helpful.

     

    Your sessions will be tailored to your body and what you have going on that day. You'll learn ways you can adapt poses based on your injury or pain as well as techniques to help.

  • You have specific goals.

     

    Do you have specific goals you want to work on? Maybe you want to improve your balance or upper body strength.

     

    Private lessons will  expedite the process toward attaining your goals compared to group classes.  You'll also get "homework" for things you can do on your own to work toward your goals.

  • You need accountability.

     

    Developing a habit like regularly practicing yoga or meditation can be hard to form on your own.

     

    However, when you work with aa private yoga teacher, you have someone keeping you accountable.  You actually see results faster because you're being held more accountable. We all need people in our life to keep us accountable and it's a huge benefit to 1x1 yoga.

Hi! I'm Samantha Harrison.

 

I'm a corporate and private yoga teacher based out of Greenville, NC.

 

I have been teaching full-time for 6 years and have worked with dozens of private yoga clients many of whom I've continued to work with for years.

 

My mission is to help you learn more about your body, empower you with tools to take care of yourself and show you that you are stronger than you think.

 

You are resilient. You are strong. You are worthy. 

 

Your mind and body have amazing potential, but sometimes we need someone else to show us that and show us how to uncover it.

 

That's what I'm here to do. 

 

I'll challenge you in the most loving and accessible way.

Not too much, not too little. Just the perfect middle path amount.

 

It doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or have practiced for twenty years. You can always benefit from 1x1 guidance.

I was initially hesitant to work with Samantha one on one because of the expense however my form has changed more in a few months than it did in several years.

 

The best thing about working with Samantha is that our routine for the day is tailored to my body and the amount of time spent on adjustments in a posture is of course more focused than in a class where the instructor has to work with several people with all different needs.

 

If you work with Samantha privately, your yoga practice will improve quickly. You will get stronger and more flexible, as well as improve your balance much more quickly than in group work.
