About Me
I've spent the past seven years helping people build their own wellness toolbox. I give people the tools they need to take care of themselves so that they can better care for others and the people they love.
I've currently taught over two thousand yoga classes, worked with multiple local companies, have over ten private clients each week, and teach a handful of group classes weekly.
I love helping people discover their movement potential and regain the ability to do activities they love, like playing on the floor with grandkids or gardening.
